There seems to be a customer satisfaction problem in our industry. The CEO/President of our company sends out customer surveys every year, and they are returned straight to his office. As you can see, most of our customers rank us as good and excellent in almost all categories, and there were no fair or poor ratings in three years. Even though our customer base increased between 1999 and 2001, the number of average ratings decreased. We take great pride in our service. Again, our goal is to not be the biggest, but be the best. If we receive 1,000 documents, we will mail 1,000 documents -- not 999. SRS has been very fortunate to have grown so tremendously over the last four years.
