Our e-commerce solutions offer a safe and secure way to provide that convenience. SRS offers a full array of electronic solutions including E-BILL and Web-VIEW.

E-BILL

Our electronic bill presentment and payment option provides clients a complete online customer account management solution without requiring an investment in a new technology infrastructure. With our system clients receive an email notification of an outstanding statement. The email contains a link that will drive them straight to the login page or direct them to the company’s web page. From this point users can:

• enroll and manage their account online
• view account balances
• view both current and past statements in a PDF format
• pay outstanding bills by credit card or ACH
• receive confirmation of successful funds transfers

If you wish to display marketing materials, these can also appear prior to document viewing. All of this is accomplished and managed without new personnel or additional technology. This entire transaction is protected by multi-layer firewalls and 128 bit SSL encryption.

Web-VIEW

When a client calls in, you want to make sure that you can provide answers quickly. Our Web-VIEW solution allows your customer service representatives to electronically view the document exactly as the customer received it in print. By utilizing our on-line viewing capability your CSR’s are no longer referencing screens of data but an exact replica of what the client if holding in their hand. This can greatly reduce confusion, lower the amount of time spent on the phone and keep a customer happy. The Web-VIEW system is fully searchable and can archive data for as long as you desire, providing account history at the touch of a button.

Web-EDIT

This powerful tool will allow our clients to not only review each document prior to printing and mailing, but also edit them online. Authorized users can access document from the entire print run by simply entering an account number and selecting a date. If the user recognizes that an error has occurred they can correct the statement before it is printed and mailed.

Electronic Reports

Most customers receive reports after each document mailing. These reports are faxed or mailed. SRS has the ability and actually prefers to e-mail these reports to our customers. After the job is processed and mailed, the reports would be automatically emailed to the customer.
